Rare-Earth NdFeB Rotor Dynamics
Our permanent magnet synchronous motors utilize high-coercivity Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB) permanent magnets capable of withstanding operating temperatures up to 180°C without irreversible demagnetization. Unlike standard induction motors that suffer from rotor slip and electrical excitation losses, the PM synchronous rotor moves in precise lockstep with the inverter's revolving stator magnetic field, sustaining 96.5%+ efficiency even at partial loads down to 25% capacity.
